Hans has broad experience in the field of corporate law and corporate finance (law), both in the Netherlands and abroad. Hans has worked at large international and boutique law firms in the Netherlands and also in corporate governance in the U.S. Hans speaks the language of VC and PE investors fluently. He has a good grasp of fund structures and regulatory matters. Hans has also been a business owner and investor himself. Hans Klaver holds Master Degrees in both tax law and business law from Leiden University.
